Here at OBD we are more than just work-out wear thats we have decided to bring you weekly workouts that you can do at home with limited or no equipment. We are all about being fit not thin hence why our brand goes up to size 28. Our workouts are going to be for all types of fitness levels whether you have just started out or are a keen gym goer we want to help keep you fit and healthy no matter what size you are.
This weeks workout is based on using a kettlebell. If you don't want to buy loads of equipment for working at home, I suggest just buying a kettlebell they are a great for workout out for the full body. In this video a 16kg is being used but you can start with whatever weight you feel comfortable with. You can buy a kettlebell from pretty much anywhere these days, even your local supermarket, we have had a quick look and we suggest getting yourselves on Ebay if you want to get them at a good price.
Here is a quick breakdown of this weeks workout.
This is to be repeated 6 times
- 12 x Kettlebell Deadlifts
- 10 x Single Leg Romanian Deadlift Each Side
- 12 x Kettlebell Swings (We have done these above the head but if your new to using a KB then just go to shoulder height)
- 10 x Side Crunches Each side
- 12 x Side Bends Each Side
- 10 x Press up (Again if you new to working out do these on your knees)
