This weeks workout is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. For this workout you don't need any equipment and it can be done anywhere. This one really will get your heart racing so its not for the faint hearted. If your new to working out we suggest you speak to your doctor before doing any high intensity workouts.
Here is a quick breakdown of this weeks workout.
6 Round work - 45 seconds work, 15 second rest for each movement.
• High knees Running in Place
• V Ups
• Alternating Hand to Knee
To complete this you can either just use your stopwatch on your phone and keep an eye out or you could download an like Interval Timer where you can set the workout and the rest time and it will make a sound for section, which means you don't need to clock watch.
